Powder Coating Machine
The application of fully automatic powder sprinklers in screen printing process is mainly to improve printing quality and production efficiency. The solution includes the following aspects:
1. Technical principle
The fully automatic powder sprinkler achieves uniform powder spreading through mechanical and electronic control systems. Its core components include powder bin, powder sprinkler head, conveyor belt and control system. The powder bin stores powder, and the powder sprinkler head is driven by a motor to spread powder evenly according to the set program. The conveyor belt transports the printed material to the powder spreading area, and the control system monitors and adjusts the powder spreading amount and powder spreading speed through sensors to ensure uniform powder coverage.
2. Application scope
(1). Heat transfer sticker printing: When the heat transfer sticker is printed, the powder sprinkler can evenly spread adhesive powder to improve the adhesion of the pattern and the thermal transfer effect.
(2). Couplet greeting card printing: For couplets and greeting card printing with flashing gold effect, the powder sprinkler can accurately control the amount and coverage of powder.
(3)EVA sponge paper printing: used for uniform powdering of glitter powder on EVA sponge paper, which can effectively improve the flashing gold effect and product quality of sponge paper.
